Bilateral Sulcus Vocalis
Examination under anaesthesia showing the affected area caused by sulcus vocalis (arrows). The epithelium is directly stuck onto the vocal ligament resulting in bowing and phonatory gap with loss of mucosal waves on laryngeal videostroboscopy.
